Tarball contains ROMs of questionable legality. From app-emulators/x48: "The X48 emulator requires an HP48 ROM image to run. If you own an HP-48 calculator, you can use the ROMDump utility included with this package to obtain it from your calculator. Alternatively, HP has provided the ROM images for non-commercial use only. Due to confusion over the legal status of these ROMs you must manually download one from http://www.hpcalc.org/hp48/pc/emulators/" I'm happy to reinstate this package once upstream removes the ROMs. This reverts commit ffc7513c2b97c2368e90243da229048bea0d15cc.
